FP&A Specialist

We are looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team at Azkivam. In this role, you’ll contribute to prepare reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping our leadership make informed strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial and management reports, including monthly and quarterly summaries.
• Build and update financial models, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor budget variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects to drive operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data clearly.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (internships included).
• Graduated from top universities
