ABOUT THE JOB

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will lie in the:

• Conceptualize Design: Develop creative ideas and concepts for various healthcare projects based on client briefs or organizational requirements.
• Design Graphics: Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, icons, and other graphics.
• Layout Design: Design layouts for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, and website banners.
• Brand Identity Development: Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand assets and communications.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives and deadlines.
• Typography: Select appropriate typefaces, fonts, and typography styles to enhance the visual appeal and readability of designs.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to improve quality, composition, and overall visual impact.
• Digital Design: Create designs optimized for digital platforms, including photo albums, catalogues, websites, social media and email campaigns.
• Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate color reproduction and quality output.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital media.

YOUR PROFILE
With a background in Graphic Designer, you have:

• A minimum of 3 year of experience in architectural designing and visualization or a comparable role
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
• Experience in both raster and vector graphics editors and relevant tools like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or CorelDRAW 
• Experience in branding and typography
• Experience in UI/UX design is a strong plus
• Knowledge of video editing and experience with social media platforms
• Openness to acquiring new skills and adapting to evolving environments
• Experience with healthcare projects would be beneficial.
• Graduate of accredited art school with a Bachelor of Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Art Direction, or related field
