Transportation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Transportation Specialist to join the DigiExpress operations team. This specialist will be responsible for service level review and reporting, performance bonus calculation, and more. The role requires high accuracy, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to present reports effectively.

Responsibilities:

•  Weekly review of organizational indicators

•  Daily review of vehicle status (routes, maintenance, etc.)

•  Calculation of driver performance and efficiency

•  Recruitment planning

•  Providing relevant reports

•  Identifying issues and improving existing processes

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry

•  Advanced proficiency in Excel

•  Knowledge of supply chain indicators

•  Familiarity with process modeling and BPMN is an advantage
