Job Description

As we scale, we’re looking for an Associate HRBP to support our people strategy and foster a high-performance culture.

As an Associate HRBP at Bitpin, you’ll work closely with managers and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. You’ll handle operational HR tasks while gaining exposure to strategic projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Experience & Relations 

 Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a positive workplace culture.  
 Assist in resolving conflicts and conducting investigations with fairness and discretion.  
 Support onboarding/offboarding and ensure a seamless experience for Bitpin employees.  


2. HR Operations & Compliance  

 Maintain HRIS Dashboard and ensure data accuracy.  
 Help implement and refine HR policies. 
Whenever employees bring up an issue, they make sure to follow up quickly and thoroughly to help get it resolved as smoothly as possible.

3. Talent & Performance Management  

 Coordinate performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers.  
 Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline hiring for technical and non-technical roles.  
 Support career development initiatives and internal mobility programs.  


4. Data-Driven HR Support  

 Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity) and generate insights for leadership.  
 Assist in designing surveys to measure employee sentiment.  


Who You Are  

 2–3 years of HR experience.   
 Strong interpersonal skills able to build trust across teams.  
 Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.  
 Passion for Bitpin’s mission and interest in (preferred but not required).
