Job Description:

As a FO Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Zabbix servers, proxies, and agents.
• Build templates, items, triggers, and alerting rules for infrastructure, applications, and business KPIs.
• Create and manage Grafana dashboards and visualizations.
• Administer Linux servers at an advanced level (LPIC-2 equivalent), including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Zabbix backend databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and reporting needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking at CCNA-level knowledge (routing, switching, TCP/IP, SNMP).
• Build and manage containerized monitoring components with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Automate monitoring tasks using Bash, Python, or APIs.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to translate monitoring requirements into practical solutions.
• Respond to incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure service availability.
• Generate regular reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in network operations or infrastructure support.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Zabbix (installation, configuration, templates, triggers, proxies).
• Strong experience with Grafana dashboarding and data visualization.
• Linux administration at LPIC-2 level (system configuration, services, troubleshooting, security).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Solid SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL): writing queries, optimization, backup/recovery.
• Networking knowledge at CCNA level: routing, switching, TCP/IP, SNMP, firewalls, and troubleshooting.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with database performance tuning for monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: LPIC-2, CCNA, Zabbix Certified Specialist/Professional.
• Familiarity with automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• High-availability and clustering for monitoring solutions.
• Experience integrating monitoring systems with incident management and alerting platforms.
