Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (non-tech) is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, driving talent strategies, and ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities : 

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
  • Advise leaders on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent alignment of recruitment practices with organizational goals and employer branding.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screenings, behavioral and competency-based interviews, and negotiate offers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to build long-term relationships.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.).
  • Recommend improvements to hiring processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent marketing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and coordinators.
  • Support HR projects related to workforce planning and talent development.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven experience hiring for senior and specialized positions across multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
