Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

  • Track deadlines, key deliverables, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and presentations.

  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

  • Assist with project coordination and special assignments as needed.

  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
