Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Fintech)
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our international team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Identify new opportunities and trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display ads. Ensure alignment with business goals and measurable results.
- Content & Creativity: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital channels. Manage content calendars for consistent and relevant publishing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. Provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
