We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring in the oil and gas industry. This includes upstream and downstream functions. The role is pivotal in ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition aligned with project demands.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic hiring plans
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Strengthen employer branding through university outreach and job fairs
Leverage digital tools and platforms for targeted talent sourcing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality metrics)
 
 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in oil & gas or energy sectors
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and market trends
Proficiency in English and HR systems (ATS/HRIS)
