We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving customer problems, and has a proven track record of building impactful products.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy: Develop a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with Herlife’s mission and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, commercial and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
- Understand our customers deeply: Collaborate with UX researcher to conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: Balance competing priorities, making trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term strategic goals.
- Own the product lifecycle: From ideation to launch, ensure every product and feature delivers value to our customers and the business.
- Measure success: Define and track key metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, NPS) to evaluate product performance and inform future decisions.
- Be the voice of the product: Communicate the product vision and strategy across the company, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- User-Centric Mindset: Passion for women’s health and the ability to translate user needs into product solutions.
- Outcome Focused: Strong track record of shipping impactful features and driving measurable growth.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: Balance competing priorities, making trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term strategic goals.
- Data-Informed: Comfortable with product analytics, A/B testing, and key metrics
- Leadership: Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
