As a Product Design Lead at Bimeh Bazar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of design for a significant product area within our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact product experiences, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to make critical design decisions with limited data while driving measurable outcomes. You will also directly contribute to key design initiatives, setting a high bar for craft and execution.

 

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product design vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area by conducting user research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Individually contribute to the design of critical features and user flows, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes and final specifications, ensuring a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. Prioritize effectively across multiple projects.
• Develop and track key design performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product usability and user satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and inform future design development. Extract actionable insights from user data to guide decision-making.
• Communicate design strategy, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, product, and marketing. Build strong relationships to influence decisions across teams.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Champion the voice of the customer by actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product design process. Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, exploring new ideas and technologies to drive product design improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior individual contributor role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of work, demonstrating expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design, including significant individual contributions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling user-centered products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on design thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven design decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, customer feedback analysis, and proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design.
