Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will contribute to the design process from ideation through to implementation, ensuring our products meet the needs of our users while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs in the smart maintenance space
 • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
 • Contribute to our design system that strengthens our brand and creates a unified experience across other products as well
 • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions, gather data and iterate based on feedback
 • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design documentation to communicate insights and solutions effectively
 • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously inform and enhance design processes
 • Participate in the design review meetings and build a good relationship with other designers and stakeholders 

Qualifications:  
 • 3 years of experience in product design
 • Proficient in Figma
 • Good understanding of design fundamentals, gestalt principles and user-centered design methodologies
 • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with team members
 • A portfolio showcasing your design process and demonstrating your problem-solving skills and creativity
