The Senior Systems & Methods Specialist plays a strategic and mission-critical role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s business processes. The mission is to analyse, design, optimise, and institutionalise processes that enable transparency, efficiency, and integration across the holding and its subsidiaries. Using tools such as Bizagi and Jira, and frameworks such as BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma, this role establishes a unified process architecture and acts as a strategic advisor to senior management in organisational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers and teams to identify, analyse, and document current processes (As-Is).
- Design, model, and optimise new processes (To-Be) using Bizagi or Jira with BPMN standards.
- Facilitate workshops/interviews to gather requirements and understand workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Document processes including workflows, business rules, and role definitions.
- Implement new processes in systems and support adoption by teams.
- Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and provide analytical reports.
- Develop and institutionalise organisational standards (procedures, policies, frameworks).
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Mentor and train teams to foster a culture of process orientation and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Bizagi and BPMN process modelling.
- Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and large-scale organisational transformation.
- Strong knowledge of international quality and productivity frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
