ABOUT THE JOB

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will lie in the:

• Designing sheet metal structures and components using CAD software like SolidWorks to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for processes such as stamping, laser cutting, bending, and welding.
• Selecting appropriate materials based on strength, weight, cost, and corrosion resistance.
• Conducting tests, analyzing data, and performing structural analysis (e.g., FEA) to validate designs.
• Overseeing prototype creation and testing for functionality and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while collaborating with quality control teams.
• Leading product development, including concept selection, risk analysis, and validation plans.
• Solving technical issues using methods like 8D and implementing corrective actions.
• Developing technical specifications and improving existing designs.
• Staying updated on industry trends and engaging in professional development activities..

YOUR PROFILE

With a background in Sheet Metal Structures, you have:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-7 years of related work experience.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivation, confidence, and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• ·Bonus: Experience with healthcare projects is advantageous.
