

Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and daily management of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, custom fields, and issue types.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Jira-related issues and user requests.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver Jira solutions that boost productivity.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across Jira.
Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise tools and systems.
Monitor Jira performance and usage, proactively recommending and applying improvements.
Build and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports tailored to team needs.
Document administration processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency.
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator with strong knowledge of Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
Skilled in configuring and managing workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
Strong understanding of Jira integrations with external tools.
Ability to analyze business/user requirements and translate them into scalable Jira configurations.
Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
