We are looking to hire a Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and ensure smooth delivery of agile projects. This role will help us strengthen collaboration, streamline processes, and accelerate value delivery within Irancell.

Responsibilities:

• Generating scrum reports and transferring to the PMO office.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum principles and practices, ensuring that they understand the values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress, working with stakeholders to remove roadblocks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and learning.
• Mentor team members on Scrum and Agile methodologies, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product backlog items.
• Track team progress and metrics, providing regular feedback to the team and stakeholders.
• Support the team in adopting and adapting to new technologies and tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Scrum and Agile practices, sharing learnings with the team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Having high Soft Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and mediate disagreements.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new things quickly.
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• English language proficient 
• Familiar with Scrum and project management tools Like MS. Project, Jira, Trello,

Advantage:

• Familiar with Power BI and N8N tools
• Having technical background in software development, testing, or other technical fields can help the Scrum Master better understand the challenges.
