Responsibilities:

• Deep functional knowledge of the support application(s) and interdependencies.
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
• Enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your actions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.
• Communication with all managers and client relationship management in partnership with Developer team members.
• Ensuring all production changes are made in according with rules and risk guidelines.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields.

Knowledge/Skills / Ability:

• General Linux and Unix administration.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Familiarity with Monitoring system like Zabbix or Grafana.
• Upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
• Strong team spirit, open minded and willing to work in an international environment.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ticketing System Like Jira.
• 7*24 support on mentioned platforms.
• High responsibility and accountability.
• Flexible, proactive with strong technical and analytical mind.
