To install and configure Moodle on on-premise servers to provide a secure, high-performance LMS foundation.
To customize Moodle themes and UI components to align the platform with corporate branding and UX standards.
To develop or adapt Moodle plugins to extend functionality according to organizational learning requirements.
To migrate legacy content and user data into Moodle to ensure data integrity and continuity of learning records.
To build custom reports and dashboards from Moodle log data to give L&D stakeholders actionable insights.
To integrate Moodle with internal systems (e.g., Active Directory, ERP, SMTP, SMS gateway) via APIs to enable seamless authentication and communications.
To apply Moodle security best practices and performance tuning to maintain a stable, compliant learning environment.
To create and maintain technical documentation and administrator/user guides to support sustainable platform operations.
To collaborate with HR–L&D and IT teams to translate learning needs into technical solutions that meet business goals.
To implement version control workflows (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and enable collaborative development.
To monitor system usage and errors to proactively troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
To adhere to e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) to ensure content interoperability and detailed tracking.
To explore the integration of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo) to deepen insight into learner behavior and course effectiveness.
To prototype AI-driven features (e.g., recommendation engines, support bots) to personalize learning journeys and boost engagement.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering/ Information Technology or Information Systems/
Master Degree will be advantage.
