Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

-Identify warehouse equipment and truck requirements, report them to the Regional General Manager (BGM), and ensure that the approval process for procurement is initiated
-Ensure that the monthly needs of the warehouse are met in accordance with the standards and prices set by the head office
-Ensure that warehouse-related expenses remain at an optimum level (e.g., stretch film, pallets, and baskets)
Decide on the layout and placement of products and product groups within the warehouse
-Collaborate with the Sales Manager to determine the shipment plan for stores
-Take necessary actions to ensure accurate inventory records and counting, and finalize inventory results in accordance with company targets
-Ensure compliance with the approved staffing levels and coordinate with the Regional HR Department to follow up on missing personnel
-Oversee and execute inter-warehouse transfer operations
-Identify the need for rented trucks for the warehouse
-Ensure maximum utilization of equipment such as trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
-Submit repair requests for warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, trucks, trailers, pallet jacks), monitor the repair process, and ensure their return to operation as soon as possible
-Obtain approval for excess stock items to be returned from stores to the warehouse
-Manage the sale of damaged or waste products from the warehouse
-Monitor matters such as government fuel subsidies, ensure related documents are renewed on time, and complete all necessary procedures for new documents
-Monitor and implement actions aimed at reducing maintenance costs of the equipment used
-Check that revenues obtained from suppliers are collected completely and in accordance with company regulations

Requirment:

-A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, Supply Chain or related fields
-At least ten years of experience in related field and five years of experience in managing team
-Proficient in the principles and techniques of warehouse and logistics management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
-High leadership, team building, communication and problem-solving skills
-Teamwork spirit
-Creativity, flexibility and responsibility
-Ability to work under high pressure
-Familiar with English or Turkish
-Familia with Depo Management System is an advantages


Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
