About the role:

The Seller Acquisition & Success Team Lead exists to build and scale a high-performing network of insurance agents and brokers by strategically recruiting the right partners and empowering them with tools, training, and support to drive policy sales and customer satisfaction. This role ensures new sellers are rapidly onboarded, continuously engaged, and equipped to grow — creating a resilient, compliant, and customer-centric distribution channel that fuels sustainable revenue growth and market expansion for the insurer.

Job requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales, channel/partner development, customer success, or distribution management — with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with the insurance ecosystem — including independent agents, brokers, etc.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products (Vehicle, Life, Health, etc.), distribution models, underwriting basics, commission flows, and agent pain points.
  • Speaks the language of agents and brokers fluently
