We’re looking for a Commercial Analytics & Strategy Lead to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined category or group of hotel partners, working closely with Commercial teams, product, and operations to shape offerings, optimize performance, and drive growth.
This role is also a great fit for someone coming from a Product, Data, or Strategy background who’s looking to expand into a more commercial, cross-functional role with direct impact on growth, market dynamics, and partner performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to improve offerings, pricing, and availability
- Partner with city leads to identify local opportunities and shape market-level initiatives
- Break down complex business challenges into structured solutions with clear execution plans
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, consistency, and outcomes
- Write and run SQL queries to independently access and analyze relevant data
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, commercial operations, or a similar business role
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of marketplace dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Confident working with data — especially using SQL or other data tools
