  • Provide timely and professional support to merchants, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Guide merchants through troubleshooting processes and offer clear solutions to technical problems.
  • Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain strong communication with merchants to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
  • Document all cases, feedback, and resolutions accurately to support process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in merchant or customer support.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
