What You’ll Do
As a Senior Front-end Developer, you’ll be a key player in building and evolving our web applications—balancing performance, scalability, and user experience. You will:

Build and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using React.js and TypeScript
Optimize performance with techniques like memoization, virtualization, lazy loading, and code splitting
Architect and implement reusable components aligned with our internal design system
Follow Clean Code principles and apply robust design patterns
Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions
Conduct code reviews, mentor other developers, and promote knowledge sharing across the team
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills:
5+ years of experience in front-end development
Expert-level knowledge of React.js, advanced hooks, Context API, and routing
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and profiling tools
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
Deep knowledge of design patterns (Factory, Strategy, HOC, Render Props, etc.)
Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Vite
Strong Git skills, including experience with advanced workflows
Awareness of SEO, Web Vitals, and accessibility (a11y) standards
Bonus Points:
Experience with monorepo tools (e.g., Nx, Lerna)
Hands-on work with HTML5 Canvas
Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR)
Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Playwright, React Testing Library
Background in building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
Exposure to CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
