Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with business data to extract actionable insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various organizational sources.
Design and develop dashboards and management reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, etc.).
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across business functions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Prepare analytical reports for senior management to support strategic decisions.
Ensure data quality and implement validation processes.
Participate in defining KPIs and analytical models for consistent performance measurement.
 

Requirements:

Must-have skills
Proficiency in SQL and query writing.
Familiarity with analytical languages such as Python or R.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Superset.
Strong statistical and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights effectively.

Preferred skills
Experience in marketing, sales, or operations analytics.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or product data tracking tools.
Data cleaning and validation experience.
Data storytelling skills.
Experience designing basic data models or pipelines.
 

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.
