Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and preparing high-quality reports on performance indicators and providing actionable insights to the team manager.
• Identifying work processes, designing, and implementing new processes and efficient workflows to resolve procedural issues.
• Recognizing and resolving conflicts within and between teams.
• Planning team activities based on goals and team OKRs.
• Contributing to defining team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with delivery and company goals.
• Crisis management within teams, guiding them towards quick action to minimize damage, and developing short-term and long-term plans to resolve issues.
• Building high-performing teams, fostering strong collaboration among Agile teams, and educating team members on Agile principles.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in fundamental project management concepts based on standards such as PMBOK.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and the ability to select the appropriate model for team implementation.
• Capability to effectively implement various execution frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc., tailored to each team’s needs.
• Assisting the Product Manager in prioritizing and properly preparing product backlog items to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
