In this role you will be coordinating projects, keeping teams aligned, and making sure recruitment, contracts, schedules, and documentation are always on track. you ensures deadlines are met, information flows smoothly, and leadership is free to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Tracking
- Maintain project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
2. HR & Recruitment Assistance
- Support hiring by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and update personnel contracts and records.
3. Inter-Team Coordination
- Keep communication clear between Ahura and Greentech project teams.
- Organize joint updates and ensure everyone is working from the latest information.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized digital files for contracts, reports, and plans.
- Prepare brief updates or summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication in Persian and English.
- Good with office software and project management tools.
- Confidential handling of sensitive information.
