Back-End Tech Lead

Technical Leadership and Experience
As a Back-End Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and making critical design decisions for our core backend systems.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience, with a significant focus on Back-End systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with a strong background in architecting, developing, and deploying complex, high-traffic applications.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable, resilient, and high-availability system architectures.
• Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with software testing processes and methodologies, ensuring code quality and system reliability.

Highly Desirable Qualifications

• Extensive experience with modern architectural patterns such as Microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Event-Driven Design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Familiarity with event/message brokers like RabbitMQ and search technologies such as Elasticsearch.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD concepts and automating deployment pipelines.
