Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced “Product Manager” to lead the development and optimization of our complex financial products. You will leverage your exceptional analytical skills to manage intricate product requirements and own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver impactful solutions that precisely meet customer needs and drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Customer-Centricity: Lead user research activities, synthesize insights from data analysis and market studies, and deeply understand user pain points and future needs to build impactful, forward-thinking solutions that inform product strategy.
• Define Product Vision & Requirements: Establish and articulate a clear, inspiring vision for your product area and define actionable product requirements and user stories aligned with user needs, business goals, and the overall product strategy, effectively rallying teams around shared objectives.
• Drive End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of product initiatives from initial discovery, ideation, and development through to successful delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other internal teams to develop, deliver, and enhance scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Optimize Product Performance & Learning: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of launched products, systematically incorporating data-driven insights, learnings, and feedback into the ongoing product development lifecycle for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate Product Excellence: Actively contribute to fostering a strong, vibrant product culture rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and a steadfast focus on user-centricity.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in product management, ideally within the Fintech industry.
• A demonstrably data-driven approach to decision-making and leading product teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
