We’re looking for a proactive and passionate HR Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, your main focus will be hiring great talent — from finding and attracting potential candidates to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
- Write and publish engaging job ads that reflect our company culture and attract the right candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews, assess cultural fit, and guide candidates smoothly through the hiring journey.
- Support hiring managers in defining job requirements, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source efficiency) and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, especially in areas like performance, engagement, and learning.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (engineering backgrounds are welcome).
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, applicant tracking systems).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in people.
- Analytical mindset , comfortable working with data and optimizing hiring processes.
