
Job Title: Admin Administrative Specialist
Work Location: Tehran
Reports to: Managing Director
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Administrative Specialist who can manage complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Office management and performing complex administrative tasks
· Working with SAP to request goods and services
· Preparing and editing administrative documents and reports
· Managing filing and record-keeping systems
· Handling phone calls and managing communications
· Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
· Strong communication skills in English and Persian
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
