SC Systems & ERP Coordinator(Advisor)

•    To serve as the primary point of contact for all Supply Chain system-related and ERP inquiries.
•    To collaborate with IT to ensure alignment of SC systems with overall IT strategy.
•    To extract requested reports from various data sources to support procurement decision-making.
•    To provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions.
•    To analyze internal users' initial requirements and create detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS) and clarify the URS with technical teams
•    To identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain processes and improve system efficiency.
•    To develop and implement process improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
•    To ensure data integrity and accuracy within procurement systems.
•    To develop and maintain data governance standards for the supply chain systems and monitor adherence.
•    To explore opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance procurement processes. 
•    To maintain relationships with external and internal customers/suppliers. 
•    To load new suppliers` information in the ERP system.
