Job Description

Job Summary:
Digikala’s After-Sales Service Department is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior Data Analyst to enhance data-driven processes and decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about data analysis, reporting, and improving customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and prepare data related to the performance of the After-Sales Service Department

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Develop analytical reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making

  • Support operational teams in improving workflows through data-driven insights

  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data quality and accuracy in internal systems

  • Provide data-based recommendations to optimize customer experience and reduce service costs

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

  • Basic understanding of SQL and ability to extract data from databases (considered an advantage)

  • Ability to analyze data and present concise, actionable reports for management

  • High attention to detail and a curiosity for problem-solving and process improvement

  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and accountability in completing assigned tasks

  • Familiarity with KPIs related to after-sales or customer service is a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including analytical academic projects)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams

  • Enthusiasm for learning new tools and developing analytical competencies
