

Job Summary:
Digikala’s After-Sales Service Department is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior Data Analyst to enhance data-driven processes and decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about data analysis, reporting, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and prepare data related to the performance of the After-Sales Service Department
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop analytical reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making
Support operational teams in improving workflows through data-driven insights
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data quality and accuracy in internal systems
Provide data-based recommendations to optimize customer experience and reduce service costs
Required Skills and Competencies:
Basic familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
Basic understanding of SQL and ability to extract data from databases (considered an advantage)
Ability to analyze data and present concise, actionable reports for management
High attention to detail and a curiosity for problem-solving and process improvement
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and accountability in completing assigned tasks
Familiarity with KPIs related to after-sales or customer service is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including analytical academic projects)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Enthusiasm for learning new tools and developing analytical competencies
