About the Role

As a Senior Market Research Specialist, you will design and execute research that turns business questions into actionable insights—empowering SnappPay’s marketing and product teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions and strengthen brand communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research Intake & Prioritization: Manage research requests, prioritize projects based on business impact, and maintain a transparent research roadmap.
  • Survey Design & Execution: Translate key questions into hypotheses and measurable metrics, design surveys, manage fieldwork, and ensure data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product/UX teams, the Snapp Research Department, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery.
  • Analysis & Storytelling: Analyze data using statistical techniques (e.g., crosstabs, significance testing, MaxDiff, Gabor-Granger) and communicate insights in a compelling, decision-ready format.
  • Content Support: Provide validated insights, data points, and visuals to support PR campaigns, blogs, and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge Management: Build and maintain an accessible Insights Library and standardized templates for future use.

 

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in survey design and insight generation
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience in project and vendor management
  • Marketing knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior
  • Familiarity with Fintech and BNPL ecosystems
  • Exposure to advanced research methodologies and analytical tools
