We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing performance-driven marketing strategies, managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing user acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, and ad networks, including app marketing, retargeting, and display advertising.
- Implement, manage, and validate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and ad platform pixels to ensure accurate performance attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with campaign, design, product, and sales teams to develop targeted and high-performing marketing strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to continuously improve campaign outcomes and funnel performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, app marketing platforms, retargeting, and display ad optimization.
- Proven experience with conversion tracking setup, troubleshooting, and attribution analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and basic SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
