Data Analytics Team Lead | After Sales Services

Job Summary:
The Data Analytics Team Lead – Reverse Chain is responsible for leading the data analytics team and managing the performance of key operational metrics across the Reverse Chain process. By leveraging operational data, this role analyzes performance trends and fluctuations, providing data-driven insights that play a key role in improving processes, minimizing logistical errors, and optimizing service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the data analytics team in monitoring Reverse Chain performance metrics

• Design and implement analytical frameworks and management dashboards

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of delays or inefficiencies in operational processes

• Provide data-driven reports and insights to operational managers and related departments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data definitions, metrics, and methodologies

• Develop performance measurement mechanisms for branches and analyze historical performance trends

• Review raw data and transform it into actionable, decision-oriented reports for management

• Lead and oversee data-based process improvement projects and ensure their successful execution

• Train team members on data analysis techniques, KPI interpretation, and data-driven thinking

• Ensure data accuracy, report consistency, and the reliability of analytical outputs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Management

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational data analysis or managing an analytics team

• Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one data analysis language (SQL, Python, or R)

• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Comprehensive understanding of Reverse Chain KPIs and logistics processes

• Proven ability to lead analytical meetings and deliver effective management reports
