Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Network Configuration & Management
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Network Monitoring
• Documentation & Record Keeping
• Implementation of Security Policies
• Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
• Learning & Technical Knowledge Enhancement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role (e.g., Network Administrator).
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Solid understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, NSE) are a strong plus.
