Call Center Specialist - خانم

About the Role:
We are hiring a confident and motivated English-speaking female Call Center Telephonist to join our team remotely. You will engage with potential patients, provide clear information about our dental services, and guide them through booking appointments.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential patients
Ask pre-assessment questions (script provided)
Explain services and answer basic inquiries
Encourage patients to schedule appointments
Record outcomes in the CRM and follow up with leads

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional tone
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Prior call center or sales experience is an advantage
Customer service or healthcare telecalling background is a plus
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently from home

Technical Requirements:

Stable high-speed internet connection
Quiet workspace for professional calls
Basic computer and CRM/call software skills
