Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Medical Advisor – Dermatology Franchise to join our medical team. The Medical Advisor will serve as the scientific and clinical expert for our dermatology portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of medical and ethical excellence while driving impactful medical strategies.
The role requires strong engagement with KOLs, investigators, HCPs, and patient organizations to support evidence-based medicine, clinical practice evolution, and patient access to innovative dermatological treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Medical Strategy: Develop and execute medical plans aligned with franchise goals.
· Scientific Expertise: Serve as the medical authority for dermatology products and disease areas.
· KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs.
· Patient Journey: Continuously update treatment pathways based on new guidelines and evidence.
· Scientific Communication: Deliver medical education, publications, and training materials.
· Evidence Generation: Support clinical trials, IIS, and real-world data initiatives.
· Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and pharmacovigilance standards.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align strategies and activities.
Qualifications:
§ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree
§ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a scientific role (experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred)
§ Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
§ Familiarity with scientific presentations, public speaking, and communication with physicians
§ Knowledge of pharmaceutical concepts, diseases, and treatment methods
§ Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information to sales and marketing teams
§ Experience in planning and delivering training programs
§ Strong reading and research skills, teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, and flexibility
§ Proficiency in computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
