Job Description:
• Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place.
• Being responsible for the category trade budget, managing the budget on a monthly basis
• Making Sales Allocation on monthly basis region/area for sales teams. (whenever required)
• Checking Distributor Stock levels and planning replenishment of stock and evaluating sales forecast versus production planning forecast and making adjustments as per need.
• Checking and evaluating coverage category wise – region/area wise.
• Report sales needs and field intelligence to Commercial / Marketing teams.
• Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities.
• Develop Consumer/customer promotions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing team.

Requirements:
• Min of BA degree in MBA, Industrial Engineering or other managerial related fields.

• Market and competitor financial analyze
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
