Job Description:


  • Supervising individual and group technical training sessions
  • Monitoring team performance and preparing reports on short-term and long-term activities, staff work, and ticket quality
  • Ensuring the team is trained on CR, SR, and IR operations
  • Planning and overseeing knowledge transfer to support technical growth
  • Supervising alarm monitoring and service health checks
  • Overseeing testing procedures after tasks are completed
  • Assisting the team in service recovery in minimal time
  • Planning team resource allocation for CBS system maintenance
  • Participating in client and internal consultation meetings and providing technical solutions
  • Communicating technical session outcomes to the team
  • Supervising preparation of operational performance documents and reviewing MOPs
  • Providing innovative solutions and optimizing existing processes
  • Monitoring performance, technical development, and knowledge sharing among team members
  • Identifying operational risks and changes within the system
  • Coordinating with related teams and assisting the Operation Owner during operations
  • Managing staff under supervision, attendance tracking, and professional development planning
  • Conducting task management meetings, providing technical and organizational guidance
  • Conducting technical interviews and approving team hiring decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software, Hardware, Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT
  • 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Completed training in Linux, SQL, GSM, and ITIL
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach to team development
