Job Description:
- Controlling and performing complex financial calculations and accounting entries
- Managing and preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Controlling and reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts (assets, liabilities, equity, and shareholders' equity)
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the general ledger
- Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes
- Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls
- Analyzing financial results and investigating variances
- Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit schedules
- Supporting the development and mentoring of junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is highly preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- High proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
