Job Description:

• Controlling and performing complex financial calculations and accounting entries
• Managing and preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Controlling and reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts (assets, liabilities, equity, and shareholders' equity)
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the general ledger
• Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes
• Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls
• Analyzing financial results and investigating variances
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit schedules
• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is highly preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• High proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
