Execute and optimize e-CRM campaigns, including SMS and push notifications, to improve customer engagement and retention.
Use CRM software and tools to monitor and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve key KPIs (e.g., CTR, CR).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key CRM performance metrics ·
Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimize personalization and engagement. ·
Collaborate with marketing, product, and insight teams ·
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to measure the effectiveness of CRM strategies. ·
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing campaigns and customer journeys
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
Qualifications :
