We are looking for a hashtag Senior Scrum Master who can act as both a facilitator and a leader — someone who brings structure, empathy, and accountability to the team of hashtag fintech startup while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs); provide transparent reports to stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and design contingency plans (Plan B / C) when necessary.
- Foster strong collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and management.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile culture within the organization.

 Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile_Coach in software projects.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan for contingencies and manage crises effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting metrics.
- Scrum certifications such as PSM, CSM, or experience working in international or distributed teams.(Preferred)
