Senior AI & automation specialist

Job Description 

Are you passionate about leveraging AI and automation to drive innovation and efficiency? SnappBox is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Specialist to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you'll design and develop AI models, implement automation solutions, and manage data infrastructure to optimize our delivery operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Automation Solutions: Implement automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve accuracy 
• AI Model Development: Design and develop AI models and algorithms to optimize delivery routes, predict demand, and enhance operational efficiency 
• Data Management: Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment, ensuring data integrity and accessibility 
• System Integration: Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction 
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update AI systems to ensure they perform optimally and adapt to changing conditions 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation 
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with AI and automation trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows 
• Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best. 

Qualifications 

• At least 4 years of experience in python development, data science, software engineering and data analytics 
• Proven experience in python development, data pipelines and UI 
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics, pipelines and UI (python, HTML, CSS, JS, Flask, Docker, Redis, SQL) 
• Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English. 
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
