Agile Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our growing Product organization at Technolife.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure smooth, predictable, and efficient product delivery.

You’ll be responsible for facilitating cross-team collaboration, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring clarity and alignment across multiple stakeholders — without acting as a traditional Scrum Master.
Your goal is to make things flow, helping teams stay focused on outcomes rather than ceremonies.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Product Managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver product initiatives on time and with quality.

• Drive visibility and transparency of progress across teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion.

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve dependencies between squads and departments.

• Facilitate clear communication between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams.

• Continuously improve team workflows, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery cadences.

• Track delivery metrics and use data to improve predictability and throughput.

• Support teams in balancing priorities, managing scope, and aligning work with product goals.

• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement — without bureaucracy.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Project Management, or Product Operations, preferably in a digital or eCommerce environment.

• Deep understanding of Agile principles and product development workflows (but flexible in applying them pragmatically).

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and dependencies across teams.

• Strong knowledge of Jira (advanced workflows, boards, reporting) and Confluence.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative to make things happen.

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and tech teams to turn strategy into execution.
