Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Design and implement financial  procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and working capital to maintain optimal liquidity for daily operations.
  •  Analyze sales performance, distribution costs, and branch profitability to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management regarding business growth, and expense optimization.
  •  Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management (preferably in FMCG or distribution industry).
  • Strong knowledge of tax, accounting standards, and relevant laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership and team management abilities
