As an HR Generalist, you’ll support key HR functions like recruitment, performance, and development, while also helping us bring more structure, insight, and innovation into how we work. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and exploring how AI can make HR better — this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment support: from hiring requests and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, channel efficiency, etc.) to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to design learning and development programs tailored to team needs.
• Support performance management cycles and help teams build clear growth paths.
• Provide operational support on sensitive or complex HR matters, working closely with managers and HR colleagues.
• Help streamline HR processes and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Participate in feedback collection and pulse surveys to better understand employee experience and drive improvements.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a people-focused role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset.
• Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance HR decision-making.
