Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Research and Diagnosis
- Identify organizational challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and cultural pain points through interviews, observations, and internal data assessment.
- Benchmark current practices against organizational development standards and best practices.
2. Data Collection and Process Analysis
- Gather and analyze data related to HR processes, employee engagement, performance indicators, and organizational culture.
- Develop internal reports and insight dashboards to support management decisions.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare structured documentation, including diagnostic reports, organizational assessments, and improvement roadmaps.
- Translate findings into clear and practical recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Execution of HR & OD Initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and HR events (e.g., onboarding programs, internal celebrations, learning circles, feedback sessions).
- Support the development and rollout of internal communication plans to strengthen the connection between employees and management.
- Assist in implementing organizational improvement initiatives under the guidance of HR/OD leadership.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by organizing meetings, workshops, and feedback loops.
- Act as a bridge between HR, management, and project teams to ensure adoption and follow-through of initiatives.
