Sales & Operations Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Specialist to support the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring effective coordination between demand, supply, and financial plans. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual who thrives in analytical environments, follows up on cross-functional tasks, and enjoys turning insights into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the S&OP Process:
•    Assist in executing and maintaining the company’s S&OP framework to ensure synchronization across demand, supply, and financial plans.
•    Follow up on action items from S&OP meetings and ensure timely completion by relevant stakeholders.
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
•    Collect, validate, and consolidate demand data from DK planning, Business development, Operations, and other teams to generate accurate forecasts and topline estimations.
•    Track daily and weekly demand fluctuations, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
•    Perform detailed data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure forecast and KPI accuracy.
•    Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing demand trends, service performance, and key metrics (service level, OTD, OCT, OTP, etc.).
•    Support management in root-cause analysis for performance deviations.
Scenario & Risk Analysis:
•    Support the evaluation of supply-demand constraints and monitor potential risks or bottlenecks in the operation.
•    Conduct what-if analyses to assess impacts of demand or supply changes.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
•    Collaborate daily with Product, Business Development, DK Planning, Operations, Fleet, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
•    Act as the focal point for collecting updates, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring planning deadlines are met.
System & Tool Management:
•    Maintain and update planning-related databases and reports (Excel, Power BI, ERP).
•    Ensure consistency between system data and operational reports, flagging discrepancies for correction.
Continuous Improvement:
•    Support initiatives aimed at enhancing forecast accuracy, report automation, and planning visibility.
•    Contribute ideas to streamline daily S&OP workflows and improve collaboration efficiency.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•    2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or S&OP — preferably within a logistics or FMCG environment.
•    Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
•    Familiarity with ERP or planning systems is an advantage.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with large datasets.
•    Strong communication and follow-up skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
•    Proactive, organized, and capable of managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
