In this role, the Senior Data Analyst will lead the full lifecycle of BI dashboard creation—from concept to deployment—while conducting advanced data analysis, building predictive models, and translating complex data into insights that shape products and inform strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Power BI.

• Analyze data using SQL, Python, and statistical tools.

• Perform modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.

• Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Technical teams.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

•  Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness.

• Identify and propose data-driven solutions to improve business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling

• Proficiency in SQL and Python (knowledge of R is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with OAS and Power BI

• Solid understanding of Excel and statistics

• Familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus

• Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, and Spark is a plus

• Ability to design dashboards and analytical reports from scratch

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience working with data APIs.
